INCOGNITO returns as the infamous high- energy dance party where you can come “as you are not.” This masquerade is a Fiesta opportunity for music and mystery as guests don costumes and masks. No DJ’s – only live music from San Antonio’s hottest cumbia and reggae-rooted party bands. A crowning feature of this year’s INCOGNITO is the “Illuminated Bike Parade” with prizes will be given for the most outrageous lighted bike! Contestants will be judged for imagination, design and presentation. Winning contestants will receive prizes donated by local businesses. Proceeds from INCOGNITO will be dedicated to URBAN-15’s many programs for youth and senior citizens throughout San Antonio.

URBAN-15 often is referenced as San Antonio’s Ambassadors of Rhythm for its many appearances through Texas and beyond. Founded in 1974, this group is known for its performance spectacles. INCOGNITO helps support URBAN-15 pioneer arts education programs for young people and seniors. URBAN-15 has participated in three presidential inaugurations, the Texas State Fair, festivals in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Matamoras and Saltillo, and 32 consecutive appearances in the Fiesta Flambeau Parade.
