One of the largest events in Texas, Fiesta® started with a single parade in 1891 and now draws over 2.5 million people annually to 11 event-filled days of fun. We celebrate the heroes of the battles of the Alamo and San Jacinto with 100+ events promoting the arts, heritage, culture and spirit of San Antonio. More than 100 nonprofit organizations work all year to put on the events of Fiesta. Many of them are able to raise their operating or programming budgets for the entire year through these events.
