Meet Eva Davidson, 2026 Fiesta® Commission Poster Artist
2026 Fiesta® Commission Poster Artist
The 2026 Fiesta® San Antonio Commission Poster Artist is Eva Davidson. She is a 20-year-old student attending Northeast Lakeview College where she will complete her Associate of Science degree in Geology in May 2026. She also completed her Associate of Arts degree in the fall of 2025.
Eva has lived in San Antonio for 17 years, and she hopes to attend the University of Texas at Austin in the fall of 2026 where she plans to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
Eva’s poster design received the most votes, among the five poster design entries, during a Fiesta® Commission Member’s Only event in September. One student from each of the five Alamo Colleges was selected to submit a poster design for this contest.
For her inspiration for the 2026 Fiesta poster, focusing on the 2026 Fiesta theme, “Fiesta Together,” Eva says, “I most wanted to capture the ideas of togetherness, unity, and joy. It was very important to me to represent the many walks of life an everyday citizen of San Antonio might occupy, with everyone’s cultures coming together to make San Antonio the city it is. I attempted to capture this through monochromatic pallets, complementary colors, and a strong composition that would be understandable from any distance.”
The Fiesta® Commission is proud to have Eva as the 2026 Fiesta Poster Artist and grateful for the support and participation of the Alamo Colleges District. We look forward to seeing Eva’s poster design on various pieces of 2026 Fiesta merchandise and in various ads promoting Fiesta 2026 (April 16 to 26)!
¡VIVA, Eva!
