Celebrate Fiesta® Familia And Friends!!

Fiesta® has celebrated San Antonio’s vibrant and diverse culture for more than 135 years, and in July 2026, the Fiesta® San Antonio Commission became an official 501 c 3 Organization.

 

The Fiesta® San Antonio Commission Inc. is a nonprofit, volunteer, self-supporting organization that plans, promotes, coordinates, and preserves Fiesta San Antonio through support of its Participating Member Organizations in presenting a safe, educational, annual celebration of the diverse heritage, culture and spirit of San Antonio for its residents and visitors.

 

Fiesta® San Antonio started in 1891 as a one-parade event to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto. That historic commemoration still takes place, but for more than a century, Fiesta® has grown into a celebration of San Antonio’s rich and diverse cultures and today is one of this nation’s premier festivals.

 

Each year, more than one hundred San Antonio Area Non-Profit, Fiesta Member Organizations coordinate more than one hundred Official Fiesta® Events to raise funds to provide services to San Antonio citizens throughout the year.

 

The Fiesta® San Antonio Commission’s purpose is to raise money to support the activities of the Commission, including scholarships and programs for Miss Fiesta®, support for 100+ Official Fiesta Events / Member Organizations, and operational support for the Fiesta Commission.

 

Miss Fiesta® San Antonio is a year-round ambassador for the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, as well as the City of San Antonio.  Because of the generous support of our donors and sponsors, the Fiesta® San Antonio Commission provides scholarship funds to Miss Fiesta® and the four Miss Fiesta finalists and program support to give our Miss Fiesta Finalists an opportunity to develop life skills that will give them leadership development and empowerment.

 

Julia Enriquez, Miss Fiesta® San Antonio 2026, exclaims, “The Fiesta Commission changed my life!  Thanks to the support of the Fiesta® San Antonio Commission, I had an unforgettable experience supporting many worthwhile charities and events that uplift and benefit our beautiful city of San Antonio, while receiving a scholarship to help me pursue my dream of attending law school.
