disABILITYsa works to educate, advance, and engage people with disabilities while strengthening the disability community in the greater San Antonio area.
Each year, more than 2,500 special education students, along with 500 adults from local day habilitation and residential programs – participate in Fiesta San Antonio by attending the annual Celebration Day! 🎉
Fiesta Especial® Celebration Day is made possible by Fiesta® San Antonio Commission (@fiestasa), Wade Shows Inc., and generous community sponsors who ensure guests can attend this highly anticipated event each year.

Designed for children and adults with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities, this event is more than just a celebration – it’s an opportunity to experience the rich culture and diversity of Fiesta in a way that is educational, accessible, and fun. 🥳 🎡
Fiesta Especial® Celebration Day features numerous amenities that support families, including:

• A sensory escape room
• A disability-friendly first-aid station

• Orientation and navigation supports
• On-site disability information resources
• Free games and rides
• Low lights & reduced sounds on rides
• Disability-friendly volunteers

🎟️ Admission: This program is FREE, but advanced registration is required. Limited space is available. There will be NO general admission at the gate.
