Dina Boley

Dina D. Boley is the Director of Public Affairs at Cavender Auto Group. She joins the Cavender team after serving 12 years on Active Duty and 4 years as a
civilian within the Army. Focused on strategic planning, media relations,
government relations, community engagement, public policy and military affairs. San Antonio, the seventh largest city within the U.S., has a population of more than 1.5 million and is known as Military City, U.S.A.TM Home to Joint Base San Antonio, the Defense Department’s largest joint military installation centrally located and a focus of support. Ms. Boley leads and helps plan and organize events within the community including San Antonio Chamber of Commerce’s, Celebrate America’s Military, the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

Previously working as the Chief of Community Relations, Senior Executive Services Protocol Officer, and Human Resources Director, Ms. Boley has served at several three- and four-star commands both in the United States, Europe and Iraq. Her previous position assignments include Protocol Officer, Army Materiel Command at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama (2022-2021). Volunteer Positions at Joint Base Lewis McChord in Seattle Washington (2018-2020), Protocol Officer/Community Relations at USAREUR Headquarters in Wiesbaden Germany (2013-2018), Protocol Officer/Community Involvement 25th Combat Aviation Brigade in IRAQ (2009-2010), and Various Positions Worldwide, United States to include Hawaii and Europe.

Additionally, Ms. Boley has been supporting several volunteer organizations throughout her career. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Parks Foundation and the North San Antonio Chamber Board. Seated as a member of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Military Affairs
Committee and the 2025 Chair of the All- American Canteen. She is also actively serving as a volunteer for the Fiesta Commission of San Antonio.

Since joining Cavender Auto Group, Dina has led the Cavender Commitment campaign, developed all corporate sponsorships, and planned over 200 events and community engagements, across Texas within her first year. She also manages all public policy and plans and executes all media relations for
television, radio and print. Recently she led Cavender Auto Group for the Best in Community in Rockwall Texas.

Ms. Boley holds a Master of Science in Physical Education and Health from Canisius College in Buffalo NY. She also graduated from the Army Military Officer School in Fort Jackson South Carolina. She is a decorated veteran and her awards include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Superior Civilian Service Award, ARCOM medal, and Achievement Medal.
