Fiesta has given Fred many gifts over the years — none greater than meeting his wife, Diana, at the King William Fair in 1998. For Fred, Fiesta isn’t just an annual celebration — it’s a lifelong story with the city he has always loved and called home. Fred was honored to join the Texas Cavaliers in 2004 and was elected to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors for three years.
A graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Accounting, Fred went on to earn his law degree from Baylor University. He has dedicated more than 30 years to the practice of law and is a founding partner of Christian, Nisbet & Casillas.
Fred spends his free time doing what he loves most — fishing the bays of Port Aransas with his wife and their two children, Olivia and Daniel, and competing on the racquetball court.
