Cheryl Palmer

Cheryl Palmer is a retired business owner and a distinguished member of the Alpha Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she has devoted over 50 years of committed service. She currently serves as co-chair of the chapter’s Arts Committee and The Praise Dance Celebration—an official event of the San Antonio Fiesta Commission. In addition, she is a newly elected commissioner with the San Antonio Fiesta Commission and plays an integral role on the MLK Awards Committee.

A devoted patron of the arts, Mrs. Palmer is an avid collector and advocate with a longstanding dedication to cultural enrichment. Her work includes the planning and coordination of theatrical productions, musical performances, and visual art exhibitions that celebrate creativity and community. Her efforts have earned her numerous accolades honoring her leadership and sustained community impact.

Mrs. Palmer approaches every endeavor with intention and heart, whether through civic service or cultural engagement. She also enjoys international travel and exploring diverse cultures, continually expanding her perspective and deepening her connection to the world.
