Sid Gutierrez

Isidro “Sid” Gutierrez is a Senior Market Manager at Heineken USA and oversees a vast portfolio of import brands such as Heineken, XX, and Tecate Light, among others.
Sid brings over 17 years of experience within the CPG industry, having worked in numerous roles of increasing responsibility within organizations such as Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, and most recently, Heineken USA. In his role with Heineken USA, Sid has had the opportunity to work directly with the local team at Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, having built a strong and value-added relationship with them for the last 4 years.
He is responsible for strategic planning, execution at retail, and implementation of initiatives that drive a high ROI.
Sid leads with empathy and respect and likes to break down silos to ensure that cross functional teams are working efficiently and effectively with the same end goal in mind. He believes that service to others is one of the highest qualities and most important functions of a leader. With high energy, motivation, and a can-do attitude, he seeks to help those around him perform to the best of their abilities. Sid is regarded as a strong partner to work with, someone that will bring forth his best in every situation.
He has strong ties in south Texas, having lived in the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo for 38 years, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University. He is married to his wife of 15 years, Leticia, and they have 3 sons, Ruben Isidro, Ethan Alexander, and David Isaac. In their spare time, they enjoy the outdoors with activities such as sports, DIY-ing, and traveling.
Sid has enjoyed calling San Antonio his home for the last four years and he is looking forward to continuing to forge connections throughout the city of San Antonio. He is very excited for the opportunity to serve on the Fiesta board and will work to make a lasting impact within the community.
