Beethoven Maennerchor, Inc. – Alfred Horn
A lifelong resident of San Antonio, Alfred currently is the president of Beethoven Mannerchor, dedicated to the preservation of German heritage and culture, and has served on the board for 16 years. He can also be found at the helm of the Edsall Class Veterans Association and is active on the Board of Directors for the Cavalla Historical Foundation, both organizations that maintain and support the USS Stewart and the USS Cavalla at the Galveston Naval Museum. Alfred loves his saxophones and performs with The Boerne Village Band, The Beethoven Concert Band, The Polkamatics and The Lone Star Swing Orchestra.
disABILITYsa – Melanie Cawthon
Melanie Cawthon is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of disABILITYsa, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing inclusion and opportunities for people with disabilities and older adults in San Antonio. With over two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, she has spearheaded initiatives like the Mobile Changing Station, Fiesta Especial® and AccessAbility fest, and has played a pivotal role in developing programs that promote accessibility and engagement for individuals with disabilities throughout the community. Her leadership on the Board of Directors for Fiesta San Antonio reflects her commitment to ensuring that one of the city’s most celebrated events is accessible and welcoming to all residents, embodying a vision of San Antonio as a model city for disability inclusion.

King William Association – Lisa Lynde
Lisa moved to Texas in July 2019 from New Orleans and was thrilled to join King William Association as Executive Director. Long a lover of all things old, Lisa received her Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to her move to San Antonio she served as Head of School for a Waldorf School for four years and before that served as Executive Director for a free medical clinic in New Orleans. Nonprofits are in her blood! In the past she served on the City’s Dockless Vehicle Selection Committee and the Zoning Board of Adjustments. She has also served on the board of San Antonio Mastersingers and is currently in her second year on the board of the Fiesta San Antonio Commission. Viva Fiesta!
Military-Civilian Club of San Antonio – Julie Coffey
Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Julie Coffey has served the San Antonio area as a high school teacher, a high school counselor, and an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University San Antonio. Growing up as the child of a disabled veteran, she uses that perspective in working with military children and families to support them in their unique needs through the nonprofit Military Child Education Coalition. A San Antonio native, Jennifer has been engrossed by business and serving others her entire life. Raised by the family that pioneered Gabriel’s Liquors, Barbaro says it was her father, Johnny D. Gabriel Sr., who instilled her work ethic and helped shape her passion of giving back to the community. Jennifer is proud to continue her family’s legacy of community service through the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation. Her father, Johnny D. Gabriel Sr. served as Rey Feo XLII in 1992 and is currently the Chairman of the Board to the Rey Feo Scholarship program. The Conservation Society of San Antonio – Lewis Vetter
As a native of San Antonio, Lewis is an ardent supporter of Fiesta and its objectives. He has been a member of the Conservation Society of San Antonio for over twenty years. He was recently elected by the membership as is the new president of the Society. Lewis has been a member of the Fiesta Commission and participated in its events many times.
Lewis has a broad and successful business background spanning fifty years, leveraging strengths in finance, budgeting, planning, marketing, project management, technology, staffing, leadership, and business development. He has successfully managed organizations of over 40 staff and budgets of over four million dollars. He has served on the board at the state and local levels of several non-profit organizations.
Lewis is owner and principle of River City Technologies. Lewis has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Information and Computing Sciences from Trinity University. He is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian® (PRP) serving clients in several states, and is an experienced Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) and certified Project Management Professional® (PMP).
The San Antonio Zulu Association – Jasper “Mookie” Blake
Jasper Blake is the current President of the San Antonio Zulu Association, a benevolent organization with the mission to assist the greater San Antonio Community. He started his path in the organization in 2008, and has served as the Vice-President, and Secretary.
He served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force before retiring in 2004. He also served 17 years working as a civilian for the Air Force until his retirement in 2022. Totaling over 43 years of dedicated service to his nation, He was awarded the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award upon his retirement and was selected as a recipient of the USAF Volunteer Excellence Pin in 2015.
Jasper was also a long-time member of the San Antonio Northwest Civic and Social Club, a Veteran Non-profit, whose purpose is to provide community support for the benefit of unfortunate and aspiring youth, the elderly, and those less fortunate. While there he served as the President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
Recently widowed, he enjoys spending time socializing with his kids, grandkids, family, and friends. He also plans to spend time traveling and staying devoted to given back to the local community.
