• We rely on more than 7,000 amazing volunteers who contribute over 50,000 volunteer hours.

• We serve over 100,000 oysters and 32,000 chicken on a stick with jalapeno.

• Fiesta Oyster Bake is one of the safest events, not only during fiesta, but internationally. Winning multiple awards from Texas Festival Events Association and International Festival Events Association for the best risk management plan.
