Beginning in Fiesta® 2013, the Fiesta® San Antonio Foundation assumed responsibility for the long-standing Miss Fiesta® San Antonio program, which originally began in 1949 as a beauty and talent competition.

Since 2013, the Miss Fiesta® program has focused more on serving the San Antonio Community and promoting Fiesta®. For example, Miss Fiesta® has participated in health fairs, park revitalization, college-readiness workshops, event accessibility, reading at home, hygiene products for the underprivileged, and educating girls in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).

Beginning in 2023, the Fiesta® San Antonio Foundation will provide scholarship funds to Miss Fiesta®.  Financial support is important to the Fiesta® San Antonio Foundation to provide scholarship funds for Miss Fiesta®, fund Miss Fiesta® and Fiesta® related projects and programs, and promote Miss Fiesta® as a community ambassador, not just during Fiesta, but year-round.  To support the Fiesta® San Antonio Foundation, please click here to make your tax-deductible donation.
