Provides year-round leadership to guide, plan, and oversee San Antonio’s annual Fiesta celebration—one of the city’s most beloved and culturally significant events. The Board coordinates member organizations, safeguards Fiesta’s educational and cultural mission, and maintains administrative oversight so the celebration remains safe, inclusive, and impactful.

Fiesta San Antonio Board of Directors: Event Planning & Coordination

Working year-round, the Board of Directors oversees thousands of logistical details to plan and execute the citywide celebration in collaboration with 100+ local nonprofit organizations and tens of thousands of volunteers. The Board serves as a central liaison with member groups, city departments, and local military partners to ensure essential services, permits, safety, and access are in place.
